Who Are We?
The Ridgely Homeowners Association is a non-profit
Maryland corporation and is governed by an appointed Board of Directors
(3 members plus HOA management company).
The officers currently consist of a President,
Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer. Members
of the Board are homeowners in Islesworth, a member of the Ridgely
Homeowners Association.
The Board is comprised entirely of volunteers, with the exception
of the paid management company.
The Ridgely Homeowners Association is comprised of dues-paying homeowners. Members share
a common interest in ensuring that its member communities retain their largely
residential and beautiful character.
This often entails opposing changes that would adversely impact
residential property values, including undesirable development, signage,
road widenings, traffic and similar such phenomenon.
